Mikhaila Fogel
Mikhaila R. Fogel is a recent graduate of Harvard Law School and will be sitting for the Massachusetts bar in July 2023. During law school, her studies focused on appellate litigation and environmental law. She was an articles editor for the Harvard Environmental Law Review; a clinical intern at the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, Environmental Protection Division; and a research assistant and teaching fellow for Professor Richard Lazarus. Before law school, she worked in national security policy and analysis, first on the staff of U.S. Senator Susan M. Collins and then as an editor at Lawfare, an online national security legal publication. Her writing has appeared in Lawfare and The Atlantic. Mikhaila is a graduate of Harvard College. She is originally from Portland, Maine, and in her spare time, goes on runs with her Carolina Dog, Moxie.
